Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped Ex-Works from Boltek warehouses in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, orders are shipped by the most economical means available.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all freight charges regardless of shipping method, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Boltek. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Times
Projected delivery dates are estimated upon receipt of order. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-configured systems and special orders may require additional lead time. Contact us for estimated delivery dates on special items.
Partial Shipments
Boltek reserves the right to proceed with partial shipments of an order if the customer’s purchase order does not specify otherwise.
International Shipping
Boltek ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Errors
Shipping errors or shortages must be reported to Boltek within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Boltek reserves the right not to recognize or correct any errors after this period.
Packaging
Unless otherwise agreed, products are packaged according to Boltek standards and practices to ensure safe delivery.
